关于涂装检查的国外或ISO标准，诚征翻译
一些ISO或ASTM等国外标准对从事防腐蚀涂料与涂装的人士具有十分重要的指导意义，有时如果你认真研读了这些标准后，甚至会有恍然大悟、茅塞顿开的感觉，遗憾的是这些标准都是英文，国内没有相似的标准或中文版本，因此希望能组织一些同行共同将之译成中文，给坛子里的朋友们共享。一、关于附着力测试、评估和验收的标准

7、ASTM D 2197-04 Standard Test Methods for Adhesion of organic coatings by scrape adhesion
8、GB/T 9286-1998 色漆和清漆—漆膜的划格试验（eqv ISO 2409:1992）
9、GB/T 5210-2006 色漆和清漆—拉开法附着力试验（eqv ISO 4624:2002）
10、GB /T 1720-79(89) 漆膜附着力测定法（注：划圈法）
二、关于干膜厚度测量和验收的标准

2、SSPC PA2-2004 PAINT APPLICATION SPECIFICATION NO. 2—Measurement of Dry Coating Thickness with Magnetic Gages
3、ISO 2808-2007 Paints and varnishes — Determination of film thickness
4、ASTM D4138-94(Reapproved 2001) Standard Test Methods for Measurement of Dry Film Thickness of Protective Coating Systems by Destructive Means

既然提到ASTM,我就建议大家关注以下三个标准
ASTM D3276 - 07 Standard Guide for Painting Inspectors (Metal Substrates)
ASTM D5498 - 01 Standard Guide for Developing a Training Program for Coating Work Inspectors in Nuclear Facilities
