漆膜硬度铅笔测试的操作程序
SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS使用范围和限制The procedure is according to the China nation standard GB/T 6739-1996 : use known hardness grade pencil to scrape film, and define the film hardness as pencil .
本程序依据中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 6739-1996，采用已知硬度标号的铅笔刮划漆膜，以铅笔硬度标号表示漆膜的硬度。

准备工作
The test material is a set of “China” brand plot pencil : 9H, 8H, 7H, 6H, 5H, 4H, 3H, 2H, H, F, HB, B, 2B, 3B,4B,5B,6B. The type 9H is the hardest, 6B is the softest. The “Great Wall “ plot rubber,400# water sand paper knife.
测试用铅笔为一组中华牌高级绘图铅笔: 9H, 8H, 7H, 6H, 5H, 4H, 3H, 2H, H, F, HB, B, 2B, 3B,4B,5B,6B.其中9H最硬，6B最软。长城牌高级绘图橡皮，400＃水砂纸，削笔刀。Test process
测试步骤
1.Pare wood with knife, show up column lead core 3mm,then place sand paper on the firm surface, plumb core by sand paper ,mill slowly until penpoint become plane.
fringe is sharp.
用削笔刀削去木干部分，使铅芯呈圆柱状露出约3mm，然后在坚硬的平面上放置砂纸，将铅芯垂直靠在砂纸上画圆圈，慢慢地研磨，直至铅笔尖易磨成平面，边缘锐利为止。
2.Place the sample on the level desk surface, film is up . Hand pencil at 45° angle, and pull 1cm on the surface at average speed of 1cm/s. Don’t break the pencil.
将样板放置在水平的台面上，漆膜面向上固定，手持铅笔约成45°角，以铅笔芯不折断为度，在漆膜上推压，向试验者前方以均匀的，约1cm/s速度推压1cm，在漆膜上刮伤。
3.Remill the penpiont after every scrape. Repeat operation five test by the same grade pencil.
每刮划一道，要对铅笔芯的尖端进行重新研磨，对同一硬度标号的铅笔重复刮划五道。
4.The situation of broken film is: the bottom or under film is out in two or above path in five test. If not ,change the upper hardness grade pencil to test again until the two or above path film is broken. Record the followed hardness grade as film hardness.
漆膜刮破/伤的情况：在五道刮划试验中，如有二道或二道以上认为未刮划道样板的底板或底层漆膜时，则换用前一位硬度标号的铅笔进行同样试验，直至找出漆膜被刮破/伤二道或二道以上的铅笔，记下在这个铅笔硬度标号的后一位硬度标号。
5.For the close grade pencil , test by the above methods, preferred with the pencil which film broken is lighter.
对于硬度标号相互邻近的二支铅笔，找出漆膜被刮破或刮伤二道或二道以上的铅笔后，将未满二道的铅笔硬度标号作为漆膜的铅笔硬度。
国家新的标准已经发布，内容做了简单的调整
建议采用新的国家标准 不是有仪器的吗，好像叫什么硬度计的吗，跟辆车似的，把铅笔插孔里面，平推就行了。小车好像重1KG~！ 新标准已经实施了，是GB/T 6739-2006，好像中华铅笔最硬只有6H，没有9H的。小推车重量是多少我不知道，但是铅笔头上的载荷应该750g，而且小推车做实验，结果不平行的，所以我们还是改用以前的仪器的，就是载荷变为了750g，以前是1kg。
