Our FIRSTCURE promoters are used to accelerate the cure of unsaturated resins in cold wet conditions. FIRSTCURE inhibitors prevent the undesired polymerization of unsaturated monomers during manufacturing and storage.

Cure Promoters
Albemarle FIRSTCURE MHPT is used as a promoter in benzoyl peroxide initiated polymerizations, producing cured unsaturated polyesters, vinyl esters, and acrylates even in wet and cold conditions.
