The best is you spend two or three years in an English-speaking country, such as America, Britian,Sigapore. if you don't have time and moeny, you could try to create full English environment by yourself, insist to read and listen as much as you can, as far as spoken English, I suggest you could go to bars of Hongqiao if you like, maybe come across some American single girls, good luck.

English is communication tool. We always said leaning by doing. That's mean you should often speak english.

Do like this you can continue practice your english feeling, until some day when you buy something, you ask salesman for commodity price by "how much" not "duoshaoqian". You can speak good english

maybe i and most other people lack perseverance.this is the fundamental reasons.
certainly ,the correctly method is equally important.

haha, i think you can read some professional book/specification/code to extend your special english vocabuallary, at the same time, you can know how to express these contents in english.
on the other hand, you can go to some professional forum to look for some people to practise your english, you can express some work experiences with them in english.
practise make perfect.
i believe we can make great progress by continue practising in english as soon as possible.
so we have to go here for practising english.

please! marriage is based on love, not on value. If you plan to marry one girl/man just bacause of making use of her/him, pls forget it. No foreign girls, we also can enjoy English.

the sentence of "Everywhere evertime" remind me of a interesting story, one real story of my roommate in Univ. The guy's English level was not so good, especially Oral Skill, not fluently. But one night, I was woken up by him, becasue he was speaking in English so loudly and fluently. I was so surprised that his oral level was improved so rapidly!

Someone in forum mentioned the way to learn English is simply to read, listen and talk everyday. It sounds simple but actually not. The challenge is how to persist and be the habit. I believe 90 percent guys give up because of various of excuses, such as busy work, family time etc.

Here i suggest you to choose a foreign company to work with and that will force you to learn English.
