To describe the operation procedure of the surface profile gauge as ELCOMETER 123

PROCEDURE

操作程序

This equipment MUST BE CALIBRATED BEFORE USE. The calibration procedure is as follows:

此设备在使用前必须进行校正, 校正程序如下:

1.
Release the outer knurled ring by rotating the clamping screw anti-clockwise.

逆时针旋开调节钮使外面带有凸边的环松动.

2.
Set the gauge to zero by placing it on to the glass sample provided. Then adjust the pointer. Turn the clamping screw clockwise to lock the ring.

把仪器放在所提供的玻璃样板上, 设好零位后,顺时针旋紧调节钮.

3.
Place the gauge on to the surface to be measured. The spring-loaded tip is projected into the valley and depth is indicated on the dial in microns or mils (thous), according to the scale.

把仪器放在待测表面上. 装有弹簧的尖端深入表面的凹谷里,

4.
To obtain a representative value of peak to valley height a number of (at least 10) readings should be taken on a given surface area and an average obtained. When evaluating the results, it must be remembered that the instrument reads from the maximum peak height under the foot.

至少在被测表面上读取十个读数来获得一个代表从谷峰到谷顶的平均值.

The following equipment is used in calibration.

以下设备在校正中使用.

If any problems occur, then the relevant calibration champion MUST be contacted immediately.

如果有问题发生, 必须马上与相关的校正人员联系.

Once the equipment is calibrated, the equipment is ready for use, as follows:

设备校正好后,使用如下:

1.
Place the gauge on the test area.

把仪器放在被测表面上.

2.
Press down the button on the top of the gauge.

按下仪器顶上的按钮

3.
Observe/record reading.

读数

4.
Repeat readings 4 - 5 times at various points on the test area.

在被测表面的不同处重复4 – 5次.

顶起来，非常感谢，今天在项目上刚测了一下啊，粗糙度居然都在100以上，直观看上去没有这么大，所以想问，这个东东精确度如何。

我想请教一个问题：最近有一客户要求粗糙度30-50，实际达到80左右，要减小粗糙度应该用什么办法？
