SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS使用范围和限制
This procedure is limited to the operation of the test apparatus specified in the national standard GB/T 1724-79.
本操作程序仅限于国标GB/T 1724-79 所规定的测试仪器。
HEALTH AND SAFETY健康和安全
Carry out an assessment of the risks involved in handling the samples and chemicals used; refer to the relevant safety data sheets and suppliers’ literature. Record the details. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Work in accordance with local environmental and Health & Safety rules.
对危险进行评估包括使用过的样品和化学品的处理;参照相关的安全数据手册和供应商所提供的资料。试验中记录所有细节。穿好适当的个人防护用品。所有工作要符合当地的环境保护和健康与安全的法律法规。
PROCEDURE操作程序
This SOP should be used in conjunction with the manufacturers operating manual and the relevant national standard.
本操作程序的使用应结合制造商的操作手册和相关的国家标准。
1)
Choose
grind gauge with 50 um range if the sample’s fineness of grind is lower or equal to 30um; choose 100um range when the sample’s fineness is 31~70um, choose 150um range gauge
when the sample’s fineness is greater than 70um.
细度在30微米及30微米以下时应使用量程为50微米的细度计;细度在31及70微米之间应用100微米的量程,70微米以上时应用量程为150微米的细度计。

The grind gauges must be cleaned and dry by solvent with soft tissue or rags.
刮板细度计在使用前必须用溶剂洗净擦干,在清洗时应用细软揩布.
3)
Place the gauge on a horizontal, flat , non-slip surface . Stir the sample homogeneous with small palette knife ,and the pour sufficient liquid into the deep end of the gauge channel.
将刮板放置在水平的平面上,用小调漆刀将待测样品搅拌均匀,然后在沟槽最深部分滴入试样数滴,以能充满沟槽而略有余为好.
4)
Hold the scraper firmly in perpendicular contact with the gauge across the
extreme deep end of the channel and draw it , along the gauge to a point
beyond zero depth. Use sufficient pressure to spread the paint to fill the
channel and to remove and surplus : complete the drawdown in no more than
Within 5 seconds of completion, examine the drawdown from the side, against
Good lighting, and viewing at an angle of 20 - 30° to the plane surface of the
gauge. Observe the point in the channel where the test material shows a definite
speckled appearance, take the reading( accurate to the smallest reading of the
gauge) . If
particular particles appear at other points, there should be no more
than 3 particles between the reading and its next reading .
双手持刮刀,横置在平板上端(在试样边缘处),使刮刀与平板表面垂直接触.在三秒钟内,刮刀由沟槽深的部位向浅的部位拉过,使漆样充满沟槽而平板上不留余漆;刮刀拉过后,立即(不超过5秒钟)使视线与沟槽平面呈15~30 0 角,对光观察沟槽中颗粒均匀显露处,计下读数(精确到最小分度值)如有个别颗粒显露于其他刻度时,则读数与相邻分度线范围内不得超过三个颗粒.

Avoid causing damage to the gauge and scraper in use ,e.g. do not tap the scraper on the gauge. When not in use ,these gauges should be cleaned and kept in lined box especially made for such purpose.
不要损坏(例如用刮刀在刮板上敲击)细度计使用完毕后,刮板和刮刀应清洗干净放到

中的“颗粒均匀显露处”是什么意思?我弄得不太懂

强烈建议大家看ASTM上的关于细度检测的图谱,不需要懂英文也是一目了然。上面有图案实例的。一看就明白了 7# jxsrqxzh2008
