职位描述
工作内容:
* Achieve desired Sales targets in the defined Geography
* Meeting representatives of the institutions explaining product properties, its application with demonstration wherever necessary.
* Explaining the company’s promotional schemes in respect of a product, group of products, collecting information about competitors’ sales and promotion schemes, conducting Presentations / Seminars (in order to explain product properties and application) as required.
* Attending to customer complaints in use of the products, suggesting the remedial measures, Supervising and rendering support during the application job
* Timely collection of payment from the dealers/parties to the sale and ensuring that there are no overdue payments and account reconciliations.
* Conducting product trials, customer meets, technical seminars, and market development activities.
* Maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and support and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
