For basecoat, the formulation could be designed as two parts as the following
Part one: Binder
1. Resin
2. Defoamer
3. Substrate Weting agent or/and surfactant
4. Co-solvent
5. DI-water
6. Thickener
7. pH adjust agent
Part2: color
1. Pigment
2. Dispersant
3. Millling Resin
4. DI-Water
You could preproduce some colors(Color tint, Al, Mica, etc.) in part2 for the color match.
Note: a. Resin selection is an very important step for the formulation, which decide the dry film properties.

4.how to determine the pvc?
