职位描述/要求： Responsibilities:
- Start-up of production. Responsible for hiring operators and carrying out continuous work related training.
- Participate in setting up production SOP. Make sure all SOPs are well followed.
- Supervise daily operation of powder production. Ensure proper production method, layouts, and materials are followed
- Responsible for the EH&S and 5S for production.
- Ensure the production plans are completed within preset timeline.
- Work with Lab to get technical support on formulation and process issues
- Work with Maintenance and Engineering on production improvement projects
- Initiate changes to reduce cost and improve production efficiency. Ensure production cost is within budget.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of quality system: ISO9001:2000.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related field required, graduate degree a plus
- Minimum 3 years of powder production/technology. Minimum 1 years of powder production management.
- Proficient in problem solving and formulation of Powder Technologies
- Extensive knowledge in powder coating manufacturing equipment
- Familiar with standard powder coating manufacturing processes, as well as standard Quality Control techniques.
- Experience of ISO
- Good communication skills and fluent in Mandarin and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
