To lead QC technicians both technically as well as trouble s Act as a primary point of customer or sales team contact for all product related issues and take necessary actions to solve problems. Perform failure analysis, problem solving and improvement actions. Support and develop competency in Total Quality Management. Qualification Requirements： A basic university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Coatings. Minimal of 5 years of working experience in Coating business.
