Asplit VEL防腐施工方案

一. 防腐施工前的准备工作和基面处理

Pre-clean the surface, degrease agent will be used to remove the oil on the floor if necessary.

预清洁表面，必要时使用清洗剂除去表面油污

surface preparation:

基面处理

Carry out surface preparation by Grinder and dust free self-enclosed portable grinder until to remove surface laitance and provide sound and textured surface.

使用地坪打磨机和无尘封闭手提磨机去除表面粗糙物，并提供涂装对表面所要求的粗糙度。

Cleaning floor by using high pressure washing machine with potable water

高压洁净水冲洗表面

Remove all remaining dust and debris by dry sweeping and then vacuum cleaning after concrete surface drying.

混凝土表面干燥后，先用扫帚扫去地表残留灰尘和杂物，然后用真空吸尘器进一步清洁表面。

Before beginning of the coating works, the water content of the floor surface should not be higher than 4%.

实施涂装前，表面含水量不得高于4%

二. Asplit VEL laminates: Asplit VEL防腐层压系统施工方案

Mix Asplit VE primer：

搅拌Asplit VE防腐涂料,

Mix solution and hardener of Asplit VE(100:1.5) with a low speed mixer for about 3 minutes. Then add VE powder (the ratio of solution and powder is 100:80) into mixture, mix for 3 minutes again. Pour the mixture into a big and clean drum and mix again.

将Asplit VE树脂和固化剂(比例:100:1.5)二种组份混合后，低速搅拌约三分钟。然后再加入VE 粉料（VE 树脂：粉料=100：80），搅拌三分钟。将搅拌后的混合物倒进一干净大桶中，再行搅拌。

Scratch one coat of sealer (solution:hardener:VE powder=100:1.5:80)

刮涂底漆，涂布率为!

- Asplit VE @ 0.50 kg/m2.)

Allow the sealer coat to cure for at least 20 hours.

底漆固化容许时间至少20小时

Roller one coat of Asplit VE（solution：hardener=100：1.5）

辊涂中间层Asplit VE防腐涂料

- Asplit VE @0.2 kg/m2

Immediately install one layer of glass mat (300 g/m2). Overlap should have a width of about 4cm.

马上敷设一层短切毡（300克/平方米）.每块短切毡必须重叠4cm。

VE @ 0.85 kg/m2:

Pressed in with the roller and simultaneously satulated with Asplit VEL binding material. Remove the air bubbles inside the glass mat by steel disk roller.

用钢片滚筒压实，Asplit VE 防腐涂料
必须完全浸润短切毡，并除去残留在玻璃纤维布内的气泡。

Apply one coat of Asplit VE again ， then immediately Lay one layer of glass mat (300 g/m2) . Overlap should have a width of about 4cm. Pressed in with the roller and simultaneously satulated with Asplit VEL binding material. Remove the air bubbles inside the glass mat by steel disk roller.

再次辊涂中间层Asplit VE防腐涂料一层，
马上敷设一层300g/m2的短切毡, 每块短切毡必须重叠4cm。同时用钢片滚筒压实，Asplit VE 必须完全浸润短切毡，并除去残留在玻璃纤维布内的气泡。

Asplit VE @ 0.85 kg/m2

Roller apply one coat of Asplit VE again, then install Surface fleece (30 g/m2), all application are same as 5,6 and 7 section.

辊涂中间层Asplit VE防腐涂料一层，
马上敷设一层薄型织物(30克/平方米)。所有操作同`

- Asplit VE @ 0.85 kg/m2

Roller one coat of Asplit VE (RAL 7032, solution : hardener=100:1) after Asplit VE laminating layer curing 3-5 hours.

在中间层Asplit VE防腐涂料固化后3-5 小时，再敷设,辊涂一道颜色为RAL 7032的Asplit VE

Asplit VE @ 0.30kg/m2

Note 注意事项:

由于底涂和中涂均为Asplit VE防腐涂料，且短切毡必须在Asplit未固化前敷设，所以从第4-8步骤为连续作业。每块短切毡以及薄型织物必须重叠4cm。

Asplit VE防腐涂料的固化时间很短，可以通过调节A、B组份的配比来调节固化时间。A、B组份的通常配比为100:1.5。可根据现场温度进行调节的区间为1000.7-1.5)，温度越高，B组份比例越少。

由于Asplit VE防腐涂料的固化时间很短，所以应根据施工条件确定搅拌量，不应整套搅拌。施工过程中若发现搅拌后的Asplit防腐涂料已开始固化，应立即丢弃，不得再次用。

面涂用的Asplit VE防腐涂料配比为100:1.

Note 注意事项:

Check the environmental data. No application can be carried out when one of the followings happens-

检测环境参数，下列任一情况如有发生，即应停止施工

Relative humidity (RH) is more than 80 %.

相对湿度（RH）大于80% :

Temperature is lower than 10℃.

气温低于10℃.

Surface temperature is 3℃ less than Dew-point.

表面温度低于露点温度3℃.
