FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE.:

Execute critical CE product development and launch activities to agreed deadlines to meet the forward needs of the CE Market in China.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES:

1. Execute both directly and through CE technical staff, development of novel new coatings/processes in a time frame consistent with customer objectives in order to achieve the growth targets for the China CE business.

2. Develop and train China CE technical staff in formulation and problem solving skills relating to product development and problem solving in this segment.

3. Ensure all new technology developments meet statutory and requirements and that all work group activities are conducted at all times in a safe manner by conforming to policy requirements and Technical Support safety policies.

4. Ensure that all new products are producible and launched in accordance with Launch Excellence disciplines including agreeing property & cost targets with sales and customers and running successful line trials.

Qualifications

REQUIRES: (Functional/Technical Skills & Knowledge)

· 10 years experience in Coatings formulation and development over Plastic and Metal

· Proven record of launching new coating systems, with hands on experience exhibited

· Can demonstrate molecular understanding (reaction mechanisms) of cross linking mechanics

· Deep understanding of structure property relationship in coatings and coating system relationships

· Waterborne formulation experience and understanding is desired, but not required

· Fluency in Mandarin preferred

· Hands on teacher who will work on bench and in lab side by side with colleagues

· Ability to teach and mentor less skilled associates (ie. teach them the trade at a fundamental level)

· Willing to work in China permanently or extended Expat assignment

可惜CE方面不擅长。

看工资（是真的话）要求十年技术经验也合理。但集中在CE方面似乎也没必要。似乎第二条要看怎没去理解，如果一定要有创新型的涂层体系可能就较难，国内大部分技术人员要么做的是原材料取代，要么是配方的复制。
而且看条件更亲向外籍雇员吧

谢谢大家踊跃参与。再补充一些内容。
1.工作地点：苏州。
2。会流利的中文很重要。所以，不需要老外。
3。英文能基本的沟通。3C消费电子产品用的涂料，1K，2K，塑料，金属，uv上涂（+1k ，2k 底涂，uv单涂）。、上面的英文内容请看清楚，你才可以认定自己是否合适。
4。经验上少一两年无所谓，但要有内容（脑袋瓜要有东西）。

近日来，感谢几位大师的参与，但其中只有一位工作上比较相关，可惜的是它不是念化学化工，材料，高分子的科系，所以也被占时性否决。
希望有志之士，勇敢站出来，好好发展你的实力。谢谢大家。
