HEALTH & SAFETYThe following Health & Safety procedures must be followed: 1.
Shaft guards should be fitted correctly before use. 2. Static electricity might be generated when charging solvents and cause a fire or explosion. Containers must be electrically earthed by using earthing clips attached to the container. 在倒溶剂时会产生静电并可能回导致明火或爆炸,容器罐应连接接地静电夹。 3.
Extraction trunks must be positioned appropriately. 4.
Individual paint raw materials, paint formulations and other chemicals handled during manufacture can present hazards. A COSHH assessment of all (see COSHH regulations) should be done before commencement of work. 各种原材料,油漆和其他有接触的化学品在制造过程中会产生危害。工作前应查看相关的危害资料。 5. At all times, wear suitable personal protective clothing and equipment: - as a minimum, protective clothing (overalls, labcoats), antistatic footwear, eye protection(safety glasses/goggles), gloves (as specified in H&S policy), - respiratory protection, face shield and other PPE should be used as determined through the COSHH assessment. 整个过程中需佩戴相应的个人防护服和设备-至少应佩戴防护服(全身或试验服),防静电鞋,防护镜(安全眼镜/防护镜),手套(HSE指定要求),呼吸防护装置,面罩及其他相关规定的个人防护用品。 6. Long hair or loose clothing can be caught on the rapidly rotating shaft; long hair should be tied or covered, cuffs should be securely fastened. 长头发或松垮的衣着会卷入高速分散轴,因此长的头发应该系结或掩盖住,袖口应扣紧。 7. Handling of pigments releases dust in the atmosphere which can be hazardous to health. To minimise the dust, extraction should be switched on. A dust mask should be worn.
加入颜料时扬起粉尘到空气中危害健康。抽风装置应打开,并带好防尘面罩。
8. Flammable vapours released during manufacture present a risk of fire or explosion.
制样过程释放的可燃性溶剂蒸汽是明火或爆炸的危险源。
9. In all circumstances the container must be clamped in position securely and the blade within the container before switching on the disperser. 10. Rates of liquid additions should allow rapid uptake by the impeller/shaft vortex without a layer of liquid developing which can result in splashing The shaft/ impeller speed should be controlled so that splashing does not occur as the dispersion charge viscosity reduces with increased liquid addition. 液体原料加入需注意漆料漩涡的高低,粘度的变化,应注意调节分散速度避免液体溅出。 11. Pigments added too quickly into an inadequate vortex around the impeller can build up in undispersed condition around the bottom and under the impeller disc so that sudden alternating slow-fast speed changes occur, resulting in splashing and severe strain to motor and shaft.
颜填料快速加入会形成轴四周及底部漆料不分散状态导致分散速度不稳定,漆料溅出,损坏设备。
12. Excessive dispersion time at high speed causes temperature build-up which can result in marked viscosity reduction, with severe splashing at least, and the possibility of a dangerous exotherm. Dispersion times in excess of 30 minutes afterfinal pigment addition are normally considered very excessive and should give rise to query.
过多的分散时间会升高温度,粘度降低,导致漆料溅出,可能的放热危险。分散时间应控制颜填料正常加入30分钟内。
13. Dispersers should NEVER be left unattended when running. |
