SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS使用范围和限制

This procedure is limited to the operation of the Hot Salt Spray Cabinet as supplied by Q-Panel Lab Products.
这个操作程序仅限于Q-Panel实验设备公司提供的盐雾试验箱。

This equipment can operate to all major Salt Spray Standards including British, American, Japanese etc. allowing continuous/intermittent, moist (humid)/dry air operation, including the widely used ASTM B117 continuous test.
这台设备能进行所有主要的标准盐雾试验程序，包括英国，美国，日本等。能进行连续的/间歇的，潮湿的（湿润的）/干燥的空气试验。包括广泛使用的ASTM B-117标准进行连续试验。

PROCEDURE操作程序

This SOP should be used in conjunction with the manufacturers operating manual and the relevant SMT’s.

Once all the services and the salt solution reservoir is filled with salt solution, you may commence testing.
当所有部件都完好并且盐水槽内加满了盐水溶液，你可以开始试验了。

1）
Turn on the Q-Fog.
打开设备开关。

Set the test duration.
设置试验持续时间。

a.
Hit the “PROGRAM” key. Use the up/down arrows to select “program 1.” Press
“ENTER.”

按下“PROGRAM”键，按上下箭头选择“program 1”。按“确认”键。

b.
Use up/down and left/right arrows to select the desired test time(how long you want the test to last). Hit “ENTER” to accept your choice.
按上下左右箭头选择所需要的测试时间（测试所需要的持续时间）。按“确认”键确认你的选择。

c.
Use the up/down arrows to choose the action you want the Q-Fog to perform when the test is over (Alarm, Stop, etc.). Hit “ENTER” to accept your choice.
使用上下箭头选择当试验结束时你想要Q-Fog设备所发出的动作（报警声，停止等），按“确认”键确认你的选择。

d.
Hit “ENTER” again to accept all changes to PROGRAM 1, including the test duration, action at the end of the test, etc.
按“确认”键再次确认对PROGRAM 1的所有改变，包括试验周期，结束时的动作等。

If you want to change what you have already entered, hit “ESCAPE” and none of your commands will be entered into the computer’s memory. You will have to be begin again at step “b” (above). Press “ESCAPE” again to exit the program.
   如果你需要改变现有的设置，按“ESCAPE”键，你的指令不会进入电脑储存器中，你可以重复上面的步骤”b” 按“ESCAPE”再次退出程序。

1）        Select a test cycle to run
选择循环测试进行操作

a.        Hit the “PROGRAM” key. Use the up/down arrow to select ”PROGRAM 2.” Press “ENTER.”
   按下“PROGRAM”键，按上下箭头选择“program 2”。按“确认”键。
b.        Use the up/down arrow to select the desired pre-programmed test cycle (ASTM B117, CCT-4, etc.). Hit “ENTER” to accept chosen cycle..
      按上下箭头选择所需要的循环测试程序（ASTM B117, CCT-4等）。按“确认”键确认你的选择。

c.        Use the up/down arrow to select the desired beginning step (i.e., Where in the test cycle you want to begin the test. Usually you will choose “STEP 1.”). Hit “ENTER” to accept your choice.
   按上下箭头选择循环测试所需要开始步骤 （从那一步开始进行循环测试，通常选择“STEP 1.” 按“确认”键确认你的选择。

d.        Hit “ENTER” again to accept all changes to PROGRAM 2.
   按“确认”键再次确认对PROGRAM 2的所有改变

2）        Hit the “RUN” key to begin the exposure. The bubble tower will begin to fill at this time.

3）        Hit the “STOP” key at any time to stop the test. Hit the “RUN” key again and the test will resume.
任何时候按“STOP”键停止测试，按“RUN”键重新开始测试。
