负责整个质量部门工作的分配及公司质量规划与协调工作,优化质量管理体系,提高产品合格率,减少客户投诉,提高客户满意度,提升公司品质形象。

优化公司质量管理体系,提高有效性并减低质量成本,及时完成质量月报;
负责公司体系认证及二方审核工作;
对部门员工的工作管理和培训,提升公司质量意识;
定期主持召开质量会议,对重要项目提出改进建议并进行跟踪处理;
处理重大的客户投诉,有效地降低客户投诉率,提高客户满意度;
协助供应商管理并组织对供应商的现场审核;
负责公司质量的持续改进,完成部门质量目标;
完成总经理交待的其它工作。
