Title:                   Sales Rep.

Location:        Shanghai /  Guangzhou (2 position)

Responsibilities:
1,Achieve sales target in revenue and profit.
2,Defining client needs, preferences and requirements as related to auto refinish economic line market.
3. Build up the distribtution network for  eco-line in East/Center or South.
4. Lead distributor sales team to drive the business growth.
5. Master the refinish product and technical knowledge to provide service to customers
6. Reflect competitive activities and market information


Qualifications:

Education Background
   - College or above

Working Experience
   - Minimum 3 years of working experience , preferably in local auto refinish industry.

Skills and knowledge
   - Result oriented
    -Good knowledge in Refinish market.
   - Good interpersonal skills enabling to build client relationship, and being team player
   - Strong self-improvement intention
   - Willing to travel frequently
