我们公司在高薪招聘一名外墙乳胶漆的manager。

下面是职位的简单介绍
Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):

BSc above degree in Chemistry related major with at least 5 years practical technical experience in paint related industry. At least 3 years team management experience.

Basic computer operating knowledge i.e. using Power Point, Excel & Words.

The position requires strong technical background in paint related industry with sound experience.

DoE skill and experience is preferred




Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)

Manage and implement all relevant projects assigned by the Department head from the yearly Technical Department Objective in accordance with AkzoNobel HSE&S and Product Stewardship requirements.
Set high standard & motivate team to deliver team yearly objectives, review and report development progress regularly.
Provides useful and timely feedback and coach team member when appropriate
Contributes to development of NPD plans by effective cross-functional working with marketeers through stage-gate process.
Communicate with marketing on features and benefits of improved products & services. Manage and implement effective technical supports to Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and CRD.
Identifies value creation opportunities and makes sound judgements on the risks involved with change, work with Purchasing  and Marketing to achieve yearly value creation target - VCT
Verify incidental customer complaints, make timely decision and take corrective & preventive actions. Drive group Business excellence (e.g. GB, TEC, learning & sharing)
Drive compliance & optimization of department ISO9000, ISO14001, SOP, HSE and Product Stewardship procedures.


Functional Responsibilities/Network (kindly limit to a maximum of five)

Work with MTK dept to insure the yearly NPD delivery on time.
Work with supply chain dept to insure products quality and RFT are under control.
Communication with suppliers’ technical personnel to make sure our technology is most updated.
Communication with testing bureau to make sure our products is following the most update regulation and be involved in the regulation revise or setup.
To make sure all raw material and formulation used  are fully compliant with global and China product stewardship government regulation

Product and Service innovation will be led by leveraging the global technologies the group possesses in other parts of the geography and by working closely with Suppliers – International and National.
Given the unique needs of the fast growing market in China, need to seek to license technologies and commercially exploit available opportunities where the group does not currently possess technical capabilities.
