About the company: 马来西亚著名的工程技术公司上海外资公司， 在钢产品上有独特的技术优势与稳定的外销出口市场。现有规模20-30人。
Report to: 运营经理

Job Description

Monitoring production activities to ensure compliance with company’s delivery time

and specification requirements, analyzing and reporting results, introducing quality

improvement techniques to meet and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with manufacturers to develop the proper accreditations such as

welding WPS, welder qualification etc as required

2. Establish a overall detail information that summarizes the optimized capacity,

equipments and working methods etc for each of manufacturer based on the

quality output

3. Toolbox meeting with manufacturer for kickoff of a new order in the

beginning

4. Production plan preparation, review and follow up the implementation

5. Prepare the overall production report based on the daily production reports

from manufacturers, and share the information to related people for operation

6. Prepare solutions for resolving outstanding issues and improvements

7. Review the design drawings before release to manufacturers, coordinate the

design issues with design engineers

8. Coordinate with logistics officer for smooth and on-time delivery

9. Develop new resources for manufacturing in China

Qualifications

To communicate and convince local staff of the benefits of recording production

timeline and specifications, to work as a team member to achieve the company overall

goals and objectives and to carry out functions assigned by Management from time to

time as deemed fit and suitable.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in

suitable discipline such as Welding (or Material forming engineering), Civil or

Mechanical Engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in a steel manufacturing environment or

other steel products and equipments manufacturing field.

3. Written and spoken communication in English and Chinese.

4. Knowledge in steel manufacturing standards /codes, familiar with EN (Euro

standards) is preferred

5. Good experience in steel manufacturing processes especially in welding and

forming

6. Good computer skill, proficient in application of MS office
