PROCEDURE操作程序

Fill the sample cup to the 25 ml mark with your sample. 将待测样品充满样品杯至25ml刻度处。

Place the CHEMet ampoule in the sample cup. Snap the tip by pressing the ampoule against the side of the cup. The amouple will fill, leaving a small bubble to facilitate mixing. 将CHEMet针剂放入样品杯中，在样品杯壁上用力挤压将针剂末梢折断。试样将回充满针剂，流出少量空隙以便更容易摇匀。

Mix the contents of the ampoule by inverting it several times, allow the bubble to travel from end to end each time, Wipe all liquid from the exterior of the ampoule. Wait 2 minutes for color development.
来回颠倒针剂数次以使内部液体充分混合，此过程中要使针剂内的气泡在针剂两端来回移动。擦去溢出到针剂外的液体，等待2分钟使其颜色充分稳定。

Hold the comparator in a nearly horizontal position while standing directly beneath a bright source of light. Place CHEMet ampoule between the color standards moving it from left to right along the comparator until the best color match is found. If the color of the CHEMet ampoule is between two color standards, a concentration estimate can be made. 站在光线充足的地方将标准比较板尽可能水平放置。将CHEMe针剂放在标准比较板中间沿标准板从左向右移动找到与之最接近的颜色，如果没有完全相近的颜色可以估计一个比较接近的作为测试结果。
