负责整个质量部门工作的分配及公司质量规划与协调工作，优化质量管理体系，提高产品合格率，减少客户投诉，提高客户满意度，提升公司品质形象。

优化公司质量管理体系，提高有效性并减低质量成本，及时完成质量月报；
负责公司体系认证及二方审核工作；
对部门员工的工作管理和培训，提升公司质量意识；
定期主持召开质量会议，对重要项目提出改进建议并进行跟踪处理；
处理重大的客户投诉，有效地降低客户投诉率，提高客户满意度；
协助供应商管理并组织对供应商的现场审核；
负责公司质量的持续改进，完成部门质量目标；
完成总经理交待的其它工作。
