Guide to Powder Coating with ZRC

ZRC MUST BE APPLIED TO CLEAN, DRY, BARE METAL SURFACES!!
1. Apply the ZRC and GALVILITE coating to the clean, bare, dry metal surface.
2. Bake the ZRC at the same temperature, and for the same amount of time as you would the powder coating.
This prevents pinholes from forming as a result of solvent evaporation which occurs as the product
cures.
3. Allow the ZRC to cool to room temperature.
4. Apply the powder coating and follow the specified powder-coating procedure for applying and heating etc.
