Production Manager（欧洲大型粘合剂公司）

职位描述/要求：
Main responsibilities:
1. Main purpose: As a production manager, you manage a whole procedure from material receiving to finish good loading, co-work together with planning and warehouse department. You need to produce good quality product in safety means and environment, to delivery on time with minimum manufacture cost.
2. Management of Manufacturing Process – You manage hot melt, water base adhesive, solvent base, and wrapped block workshops. You need to ensure all the work order are completed on time to meet our customer and planning needs with good quality outcome.
3. Safety and Good Environment in workshop and warehouse - Safety is always No.1 principle we should implement in the workshop. Safe practice and proper PPE will the focus. The good environment should be maintained in workshop as well in term of housekeeping and pest control.
4. Good Quality Performance – The quality is second priority, just close to safety. Good is the key to satisfy our customer. The entire product we make have to meet our global and local quality standards. Good quality practice should be introduced to prevent potential defect and potential customer complaint. You need to involve into lot investigation and customer complaint root cause analysis.
5. Production Efficiency Improvement and Continuous Improvement – All the activities we conducted in the workshop should be high efficient and we have to always make progress in efficiency area, such as waste reduction, throughput increasing, equipment upgrading, process optimization.
6. Maintaining Proper Records of Production - You must ensure that all the related record in manufacturing are filled well and proper filed. The process sheets, equipment running record will be key focus.
7. People Training (refreshing) and Team Development – You need to train and develop your subordinates and ensure good morale is maintained in manufacturing department.
8. Accident & Incident Investigation and correction – You need to be primarily involved in the investigation for all HSE and quality accident & incident occurred in shop floor and ensure the corrective action in manufacturing are carried out thoroughly.
9. Reporting: You need to timely report the manufacturing activities status, as well as maintenance on necessary basis.
10. Others: Others are assigned to you in Manufacturing area. To take charge of some project.

Qualification:
1. Education: Bachelor degree in chemistry, mechanic or engineering.
2. Knowledge: chemistry, mechanic, engineering.
3. Experience: At least 5 years in production management of chemical industry.
4. Skills: Good computer skill in MS office, Fluent English both writing and speaking, PID drawing.
5: Competence: self-motivated and willing to work under pressure, good communication skill and leadership skill, aggressive.
