Solution to GIS building interior wall application problem
一  说明
本涂装方案是大林电厂GIS楼内墙顶梁及顶棚部位出现的涂层剥落现象及在原有涂层上施涂RAL9016面漆的解决办法而制定。
Scope
This solution is designed for the peeling problem on the ceiling of GIS building and how to recoat RAL9016 finish on existing coatings.

二  对剥落涂层的解决方法
Solution to the peeling problem
1．   内墙基层墙面的要求
1.1   新的混凝土，水泥砂浆表面须经一段养护时间，让其充分干燥，使其含水率小于10%，PH值小于10后方可施工。通常在25℃、相对湿度65%的条件下，水泥砂浆墙面要干燥7天以上，混凝土墙面要干燥28天以上。
1.2   基层表面必须坚实牢固，不应有起砂、裂缝、疏松等缺欠。
1.3   基层表面必须清洁，无灰尘、泥土、“白霜”、脱模剂、油污等附着物。
1.4   基层表面应平整而不宜太光滑。
1.          Interior wall substrate condition
1.1   Fresh concrete and cement mortar wall need to dry a reasonable period.
Moisture content ＜ 10%;  PH ＜ 10; temperature under 25℃;  Relative humidity under 65%
Cement mortar wall need 7 days to dry and concrete need 21 days.
1.2   Substrate surface should be firm and hard, no chalk, cracks, and looseness.
          Substrate surface should be clean, no dust, clay, alkaline frosting, mould lubricant, grease and
other contaminations.
          Substrate surface should be smooth but not be buffed or polished smooth.

2．   关于墙体的含水率
2.1   经 8月1,12日现场测得的墙面含水率为8%-12%左右，最高达13%.。
2.2   需要说明的是含水率为一动态数据，随大气环境湿度的变化而变化。
2.3   因外墙尚没有做防水涂层，雨天会有水汽渗入；再加上连日有雨，空气湿度很大。对墙体含水率有较大负面影晌。
2.4   基于上述原因,  建议待天气晴好后经3天时间干燥,方可进行涂装施工。
2.          About the moisture content of the substrate
2.1   The moisture content of the substrate Inspected on Aug. 1 and Aug. 12 was about in the range of 8%-12%, the highest point being 13%.
2.2   It is needed to explain that moisture content will change with the atmosphere relative humidity.
2.3   Because the exterior wall was not painted by water-proof coat, water vapor penetrated into the substrate in rainy days and the moisture content problem was aggravated by continuous rainy days and higher atmosphere relative humidity.
2.4   On the ground of above, we suggest that application be conducted three days after it is clear up
3．   剥落层的处理
3.1   用铲刀铲去所有剥落、开裂及附着疏松的涂层。
3.2   用砂纸打磨,并适当扩大范围。
3.3   批刮内墙腻子,并注意与周边涂层的平整过渡。腻子的粘结强度达到内墙乳胶漆的施工标准。
3.4   待腻子干燥后,应用细砂纸打磨至平整。除去粉尘和浮灰，待涂装。
3.         The treatment for the peeling layer
3.1   Remove all the paint detachment, cracking and loose coat by scrapers and chisels.
3.2   Abrade surface with sander paper to a extended space.
3.3   Putty on the Interior wall and keep smooth transition. The viscosity of the putty must meet the Application Standard for Internal Wall Emulsion Paint.
3.4   Abrade the patty layer with fine sand paper when it is dry, then remove all dust and loose powder, preparing for the next application.

4．   涂装施工
4.1   施涂底漆：水性底漆（Fixacryl）应加入约30%-40%的水稀释，搅拌均匀。采用刷涂方式在待涂部位施涂一遍底漆，应注意避免底漆涂覆到周边的涂层（已有涂层不吸收底漆），待干燥后施工面漆。
4.2   施涂第一道面漆：丽乐施面漆（levis Nylorex/RAL9016）应加入约15%的水稀释，搅拌均匀，采用无气喷涂施工。 注意手法均匀，避免喷涂过厚，以防开裂。注意与周边涂层的平整过渡，在干燥后施工第二道面漆。
4.3   施涂第二道面漆：丽乐施面漆（levis Nylorex/RAL9016）应加入约10%的水稀释，方法同4.2。
4.         Application
4.1   Primer:  Well agitate water-based primer Fixacryl with 30-40% of water. Paint the intended place by brush. Avoid painting the primer to neighboring place, for the existing coats do not absorb the primer. Apply the first layer of finish when the primer has dried.
4.2   The first layer of finish: Well agitate levis Nylorex/RAL9016 with 15% of water. Choose airless spray, pay attention to skill, keep smooth transition, and avoid too thick film, for which can cause cracks. When the first layer of finish has dried, apply the second layer of finish.
4.3   The second layer of finish: Agitate levis Nylorex/RAL9016 with 10% of water. The method is the same as 4.2

三、对原有涂层的解决办法
1． 考虑到施工单位工期较紧及施工的方便，可以采取在原有涂层上喷一道丽乐施面漆（levis Nylorex/RAL9016）的方法，以符合面漆为RAL/9016的要求。
2．         施工方法
2.1        除去原有涂层表面的粉尘和浮灰，使其清洁、干燥无污染。
2.2        检查原涂层和墙体是否牢固附着，如发现有起壳、剥落现象，务必先进行处理后再进行施涂。
2.3        采用无气喷涂方法，施涂一道丽乐施面漆（levis Nylore/RAL9016），面漆约加入10%的水稀释，注意手法均匀一致，避免过喷和漏喷。
3．         施工顺序按排
可以在对剥落层施工完第一道面漆干燥后，同时大面积施工。以期获得良好的整体饰面效果。

Solution to the existing coats
1．  In consideration of limited time for the project and the application convenience, it is feasible to paint    levis Nylorex/RAL9016 on the existing coat, compliant with the color RAL9016.
2        Application method
2.1        remove dust and loose powder on the existing coat and keep the surface clean and dry.
2.2        Inspect the adhesion between the substrate and the existing coat. If there are fish-scaling and paint detachment, it must be dealt with first.
2.3        Choose airless spray, mix levis Nylorex/RAL9016 with about 10% of water, pay attention to skill, avoiding overspary or misses
3        Application procedure
In order to achieve good facing, all-out application can be carried on after the first layer of finish on the repaired place has dried.
