Senior Coil Coatings Chemist（高级卷钢漆化验师）

Job Competencies Requirements:

Ø
Sound technical understanding and expertise of formulating and producing coil paint and application on coil lines

Ø
Good technical knowledge of local resin systems and must have worked with polyester, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems

Ø
Experience in managing a small team of lab chemists to carry our testing and development work

Ø
Good project management and people management skills

Ø
Good knowledge of colour or colour computer

Ø
Good command of English skill both in verbal l& written.

Ø
Good communicator and self motivated

Ø
Problem solving skills

Ø
八年以上相关工作经验其中有两年以上的团队管理经验
