封底乳液的渗透性

我们都知道封底乳液粒径小  耐水 耐碱 及附着力好  成膜温度低抗渗性好等等 一系列优点 其封底效果就好   甚至很多都是直接用封底液做底漆    但是根本就不能起到更好的封闭作用    最近做实验  在这方面遇到了难题   就是找不到更好的方法来测它的渗透性   大家有什麽好的方法吗

封碱试验我们是做了   版主说的粉笔试验方法还真没有做过   就是不知道准确吗  如果可以的话  倒是可以直接看出渗透效果    我会试下的   谢谢了！

还有一种直接测渗透性的机器   正在联系买家   应该直接就可以测出来

测试方法一：
A . apply a chalky coating on substrate, which thickness varies from 85 microns to 5*85 microns.
B . this may be obtained by applying from one to five coats over the surface, leaving each time a part of the previous layer uncoated. Drying time between layers is 24 hours at 2323°C §50 % R.H.
C . Apply primer to be tested, different primers can be tested next to each other.
D . let it dry for 24 hours, apply a pressure sensitive tape and then peel off.
E. visual evaluation on how many chalky coating layers are peeled off gives an idea of the consolidation power, which is a combination of penetration and binding power scale from 0 to 5 (fiv being excellent with no chalky coating pick up).

This test is perrformed to evaluate the penetration properties of various particle size products on  porosity substrates.
A. using a sphere with a diameter 55mm and weighing 10kg, an imprint is made in sand with a particle size of 50 microns.
B. 2 ml of various primers are added in the imprint using a test tube, everything is dried, initially for 24 hours at room temperature, then 24 hours at 45 °C and finally once again for 24 hours at room temperature.
C. The measurement is performed by weighing the fraction of sand adhering to the primer. The more it weighs, the greater the penetration capacity of the primer.

这个方法确实不错，是楼主自创的吗？
不过有点质疑，50um的沙子如果是蓬松的，中间的间隙也会是很大的，绝大多数的乳液的粒径都应该比间隙大吧，这样大多数乳液都应该能轻易渗透进去吧，还能比较出渗透性的差异吗？

肯定不是GB，是不是ASTM，DIN，ISO我就不知道了，但一定在国外技术资料中出现过的，可能是期刊，也可能是学位论文，更有可能是涂料公司的技术资料，时间长了，具体出自可处也不记得了。

本人较笨，不会太会自创，尚能学习别人的经验。

方法是可行的，肯定能比较出不同底漆的渗透性差别来的。

外墙底材的孔隙可能更粗，若是比较不出差别来，那各种底漆在外墙上的渗透性、附着力岂不也都没有差别了？实际上当然不是这样的。
