Have good understanding and knowledge on coatings.

2.　木器实验室主管 Wood lab supervisor report to technical director

Responsibilities：
To provide leadership, direction and motivation to drive the quality function through clear quality strategies, policies and process implementation.

To lead QC technicians both technically as well as trouble s

Act as a primary point of customer or sales team contact for all product related issues and take necessary actions to solve problems.

Perform failure analysis, problem solving and improvement actions.

Support and develop competency in Total Quality Management.
Qualification Requirements：

A basic university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Coatings.

Minimal of 5 years of working experience in Coating business.

Have good understanding and knowledge on NC and PU wood coatings. previous waterborne formulation experience is preferred.

Able to write and speak basic English.
