Air-releasing and anti-foam agent for solvent-based, UV coatings and inks, especially thick film epoxy flooring coating, anti-corrosion coatings and screen inks.

Recommended Amounts
0.01 – 1.0% on total formulation.
To achieve full effectiveness, Tilo-680 should be added prior to the grinding process. If added during a later stage, the available shear forces must be high enough to ensure good distribution of Tilo-680 in order to prevent cratering.

Special Notes and Advantages
Tilo-680 exhibits slight thixotropy, which will lead to slight viscosity increasing during storage. Stir well before use, property won’t be influenced.
Tilo-680 has excellent air-releasing and anti-foam properties in solvent base and solvent free coating, especially in high-solid system and thick film coatings.

Storage and Packing
Tilo-680 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 2 years from the date of manufacture.
Tilo-680 is packed in net 25 kg iron drums or plastic drums.
