工作地点：上海浦西甲级写字楼与外地供应商生产现场

薪资福利：月薪8,000左右，标准外企福利及其它高管待遇条件

熟悉任一钢产品-如钢结构，钢板桩，船用钢板的生产，质检，语言要求中英文流利

Job Description

Monitoring production activities to ensure compliance with company’s quality

requirements, analyzing and reporting results, introducing quality improvement

techniques to meet and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor the production related factors (people, machines, materials, methods,

environment) to ensure compliance with the company’s quality requirement

2. Conduct inspection, testing and evaluation according to quality plan,

procedures and standards to ensure finish products 100% conformance before

delivery

3. Non-conformance products management- raise non-conformance report (NCR)

when serious quality problem found, and chase the further treatment and close

off the NCR

4. Coordinate internal and external resources to make manufacturer QC team

perform sufficient effective QC inspections

5. Coordinate the 3-party inspection activities if required to make the process be

conducted smoothly

6. Collect documents including but not limit to certificates, records, reports and

photos etc from manufacturers, 3-party inspection companies or testing

companies

7. Report the quality status in a specified period

8. Support production engineers on production schedule/progress issues

Qualifications

To communicate and convince local staff of the benefits of recording quality control

data, analysis and reporting , to work as a team member to achieve the company

overall goals and objectives and to carry out functions assigned by Management from

time to time as deemed fit and suitable.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in

suitable discipline such as Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in a steel manufacturing environment,

especially in a quality related field.

3. Written and spoken communication in English and Chinese.

4. Knowledge in ISO system, work experience in QC and QA is preferred.

5. Good communication and coordination skill

6. Good computer skill, proficient in application of MS office software

7. High energy level and good physical endurance
