1.2.12对面漆的适应性Adaptability to finish
选用相应配套的各色合成树脂漆，用于测定面漆的适应性。按GB/T 1727-79〈〈漆膜一般制备法〉〉进行涂刷。先涂刷一道船用防锈漆，按产品技术要求干燥后，涂刷一道面漆，在涂刷时观察涂刷性。待面漆干燥24小时后，观察漆膜表面有无缩孔、裂纹、针眼、起泡、剥落等现象

耐油性Oil repellency
将涂漆试样2/3面积，浸入温度为23±2℃的柴油中，达到产品规定的浸泡时间后，取出样板，用滤纸吸干，观察漆膜表面有无脱落、起皱、变软、变色和失光等现象。同一漆板以三块样板进行平行试验评定时，至少两块样板结果一致为准。
Immerged the 2/3 of painted sample into the diesel oil with 23±2℃ of the temperature. After the stated immerged time, take out the samples,blot the beads with filter paper, and observe whether the sample is peeling ,creasing, softening,discoloring , or dulling . The same three painted samples are compared in the same paralle level, they reach the standards :at least two sample boards are the same.

6.2.9 耐油性Oil repellency
将涂漆试样2/3面积，浸入温度为23±2℃的柴油中，达到产品规定的浸泡时间后，取出样板，用滤纸吸干，观察漆膜表面有无脱落、起皱、变软、变色和失光等现象。同一漆板以三块样板进行平行试验评定时，至少两块样板结果一致为准。
Immerged the 2/3 of painted sample into the diesel oil with 23±2℃ of the temperature. SAS
按6.2.9条规定进行。不同之处是：样板浸泡介质为1%仲烷基磺酸钠溶液；浸泡后取出样板用自来水冲洗，再用滤纸吸干水珠；然后进行观察评定。。Test according to 6.2.9.
Differences: the immersion medium of the sample is SAS which concentration is 1%; after immersion, take out the samples, wash them by tap water and blot the beads with filter paper.; observe and assess the results

8.2.8耐油性Oil repellency
按GB/T1734-79〈〈漆膜耐汽油性测定法〉〉进行，如再试验结束时漆膜出现轻微软化，可在环境温度25±1℃和相对湿度60-70%的条件下干燥8天，再进行检验，此时不得出现软化现象。
Test according to GB/T1734-79 Determination of Resistance to Petrol of Films, if the films are intenerate lightly, you can check up it 8days after in the condition of 25±1℃ in temperature and
60-70% of relative humidity,it cannot to be intenerate again.

8.2.9耐盐水性Resistance to salt water
按GB/T1763-79〈〈漆膜耐化学试剂测定法〉〉中的耐盐水性测定法甲法（常温25±1℃耐盐水法）及乙法（加温耐热盐水法）进行。乙法试验温度为80±2℃。

Test according to the first way of
Determination of Resistance to Salt Water of GB/T 1763-79 Method of Test for Chemical Resistance of Paint Films (determination of resistance to salt water with normal temperature of 25±1℃) and the second way ( determination of resistance to hot brine with highing temperature). The test temperature of the second way are
80±2℃。

乙组分The second compounding:
树脂Resin, 促进剂accelerant,
溶剂impregnant, 加入put in,
调速分散机speed regulation disperser, 分散disperser,
取样sampling, 质量检测quality testing, 检测合格qualified, 包装packing

9.2 试验方法Testing technique

9.2.1 取样Sampling
产品取样按 GB/T 3186-82《涂料产品的取样》进行，样品分为两份，一份作为检测样品，一份作为备用样品。Sampling acroding to the GB/T 3186-82 Sampling Paint Products ,and divides into two,one for testing, the other for spare use
9.2.2 黏度Viscosity
按GB/T 1723-93 〈〈涂料黏度测定法〉〉进行，采用乙法：涂-4黏度法进行。
Test according to the GB/T 1723-93 Determination of Viscosity of Coatings, and adopt the second way: viscosity (Mr -4)

细度Fineness
按GB/T 1724-79〈〈涂料细度测定法〉〉进行

Test according to GB/T 1724-79 Methods of Test for Fineness of Grind of Paints

附着力Adhesion
按GB/T 1720-79〈〈涂膜附着力测定法〉〉进行
Test according to GB/T1720-79 Determination of Adhesion of Film

9.2.5 干燥时间Drying time
按GB/T 1728-79〈〈漆膜、腻子干燥时间测定法〉〉进行，其中表面干燥时间采用乙法：指触法进行，实际干燥时间采用丙法：刀片法。Test according to GB/T 1728-79 Methods of Test for Drying Time of Coatings of Paints and Putties, adopt the second way to test the drying time of the surface by touching it. And the actual drying time please adopt the third way by using knives
9.2.6 耐盐雾性Resistance to salt spray按GB/T 1771-91〈〈色漆和清漆耐中性盐雾性能的测定〉〉进行
