SOLUTION CHARACTERISTICSDensity at 23°C 0.93 kg/dm³ MVPF 18(1) RVT 20 rpm, 23°C spindle 1- Solvent primer for building substrates like plaster, cement and fiber - cement. - Binder for consolidation and restoration of architectural details.Vinavil 8020 SN by virtue of the high penetration power in porous substrates and of the excellent alkali resistance, allows to prepare very effective wall primers in particular for the treatment of old surfaces with chalking. Vinavil 8020 SN allows a consolidation of the substrate making uniform his absorption power. In this way the applications of water paints and textured coatings and their performances on the time are improved. For the application, VINAVIL 8020 SN can be diluted at 10% of solid content. The diluted product respects the Directive 2004/42/CEE (see Annex II paints and varnishes subcategory "h") which sets a VOC limit of 750 g/l of VOC( for the period 2007 - 2010). Further dilution depend of the absorption of the substrates.Different solvents ( compatible with water) and various mixtures can be used such as : - Alchols: methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol (with 10 - 15% of water), diacetone alcohol. - Esters: methyl acetate, ethyl glycol acetate. - Ketones: acetone, methyl ethyl ketone. Vinavil S.p.A 公司的产品，Vinavil S.p.A 是家意大利的公司，在米兰。
从楼主的资料看，Vinavil 8020 SN 是醋酸乙烯共聚物的溶液，溶剂为异丙醇和水，适用于底漆，渗透性好。
马贝（Mapei）也是家总部在意大利的公司，马贝的腻子等在国内卖的还行，马贝用Vinavil S.p.A 公司的产品较多，楼主是不是与马贝公司有业务往来或工作交集？
