This procedure is limited to the operation of the tri-gloss master as supplied by Sheen Instruments Co. Ltd..
这个操作程序仅限于Sheen实验设备公司提供的三角度光泽计。

This equipment can operate to all major mensuration of gloss including British, American, Japanese etc..
这台设备能进行所有主要的光泽测定试验程序，包括英国，美国，日本等。

PROCEDURE操作程序

This SOP should be used in conjunction with the manufacturers operating manual and the relevant SMT’s.
这个操作程序是结合制造商的操作手册和相关的SMT标准而产生的。

1.
For the Sheen Tri-Gloss meter 20-60-85º, switch on. Check that the calibration standards and the test sample are perfectly clean and free from surface contaminant - if not, clean carefully. 对于Sheen公司提供的三角度（20-60-85º）光泽计，打开电源，检查光泽计校正标准并确保待测样板清洗干净。

Turn the “Mode Wheel” to choose a function you want to use. They are: Mode, Geometry, Save, Difference, Calibration and Setup. 旋转“操作转轮”选择你想用的操作功能。这些功能分别是：操作模式，入射角选择，存储功能，自动差值功能，校正和仪器设置。

Choose the function of ‘Calibration’. Place the gloss master on the polished black standard board and adjust the reading of the meter to accord with the the gloss of the standard board. 选择校正功能，将光泽计放在黑色抛光标准板上，调整光泽计的读数直至读数和标准板的一致。

Place the gloss master on the test panel and press the key of ‘Operate’ on the side of gloss master, and then note the reading. Take several readings over the flat surface of the test sample and check for any large differences (spread greater than 5%). Such differences may be due to surface defects or variations in planarity of the surface due to uneven flow of the coating, 将光泽计放在待测样板上，按下光泽计侧面的‘oprate’按钮，观察并记下读数。同样方法在待测样板上其他部位读数，之后检查任意两个读数之间的差别（一般来说不超过5%）。这样的差别可能是由于底材表面缺陷或油漆的不完全流平所致。
If using the gloss master, select the required incidence angle and calibrate following the manufacturer's instructions, using the calibration standard supplied with the instrument. Next, follow (4) above. 在使用数字光泽计前应选择入射角，并按照厂商指导，利用校准的标准校正设备进行校正，之后按照以上（4）步骤进行试验。
NOTES: 说明
a) If the variation between extreme values, on surfaces other than glass, is greater than 10 units, or 20% of the mean value, reject the test panel: otherwise record the mean and extreme values. 如果几个测量数据的最大值和之间差值（玻璃表面除外）超出10个单位或说超出平均值的20%，则视为不合格板，合格板记录平均值和最大差值。
b) If the gloss master is used for testing clear varnishes on glass, the panels should be placed on the matt black standard. 如果光泽计被用来测试玻璃板上的清漆，应将待测板放置在黑色亚光板上。
