高级化学师

Responsibilities：
1.独立进行新产品的开发，
2.对配方和原材料进行评估
3.产品维护和配方优化；生产工艺评估和优化
4.负责技术团队SHE的工作
5.协助建立技术规范以及相关文件工作
1.Develop new products according to requirements
2.Evaluating formulas and raw materials
3.Product maintenance and formula optimization
4.SHE management in Technical Dep.
5.Help to establish technical process, regulations and documents

Requirements:
1.本科或以上学历，化工或高分子材料专业；
2.5年以上建筑涂料工作经验，并具有相关的涂料施工经验
3.工作积极主动，有较强的责任心;可承受一定的压力；具有一定的沟通协调和管理能力
4.能够用英语进行书写以及沟通；有外企工作经验优先考虑
5.有SHE方面的意识和经验
1.Bachelor or above degree in Chemical related major.
2.More than 3 years related experience in architectural coating industry with application experience.
3.Work initiatively, taking responsibility. work under pressure. Team player.
4.Prefer to having work experience with a foreign company. Can write reports in English and speak English.
5.Demonstrate SH&E behaviours.
