2. GL 将向申请厂商作出相关项目的认证报价。
3. 部件制造厂商确认GL 的认证报价,签字盖章后将报价文件寄回。
4. 材料制造商与相关实验室联系实验,并通知GL 到工厂进行实验样品取样工作,经GL 检验师
封样后由工厂将样品寄到实验室。
5. 实验室按照GL 的要求进行实验,并且需要GL 检验师现场见证实验。
6. 相关实验室完成实验报告(Test report),并将实验报告交给GL Wind Head office 进行审核。
7. GL 将派检验师在材料生产过程中对生产厂家的资质进行审核(Workshop approval)。
8. 所有材料通过GL Wind Head office 审核合格后,对检验材料颁发GL 的认证证书。
9. 在GL 证书的有效期内,GL 将保留每年一次对于工厂的生产资质进行复审的权利。

Wind Turbine Generator Blade material Certification Procedures
Wind turbine blade (WTB) material certification is an important part of the certification in WTB certification, usually wind
turbine blade material certification including the following two parts:
􀂃 Test in Chinese approbatory test laboratory (Material testing laboratory accredited by GL)
􀂃 QM System Certification (WTB material manufacturer's QMS approved by GL)
Wind turbine blade material certification can follow these steps:
1. WTB material manufacturer who apply for certification submit written application of certification to GL.
2. GL supply related items certification quotation to applied manufacturer.
3. Manufacture should confirm GL’s quotation, signature and stamp, then send back to GL.
4. Materials manufacturers contact related laboratory to arrange experiments, and inform GL to go to the factory for
sampling, samples will be sent to the laboratory by manufacture after GL engineer checking and sealing.
5. Experiments should be carried out in accordance with the GL requirements by laboratory and needed to GL
engineer at the scene to witness the experiments.
6. Test report should be finished by related laboratory and sent to GL Wind Head office for auditing.
7. GL will assign engineer auditing the manufacturer's qualification during the material production process (Workshop
approval).
8. After all documents were approved and passed the examination by GL Wind Head office, issue GL certificate to
inspected material.
9. GL will keep the right which reexamine factory's product qualification once a year during period of validity of GL
certificate.
