Technical Service Manager

Purpose

Providing technical service to explore VAE share in architecture coating  segment

Summary

- Customer Focus

-  Providing Technical service to all coating related application , which include architecture paint, water base wood coating and etc

- Take responsible for Asia related new product development with closely cooperation with global R&D team

- New application development  by expanding existing product portfolio

- Customer problem solve & Plant Qualification support

- Developing Coating strategy together with Commercial team

Sales & Distributors training , industrial Seminar

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- More than 5 years  experience  in architecture paint  segment

- Deep know-how for water base formula recipes , including binders and all additives

- Strong market sense & Strategy thinking

- Business & Customer focus

- Strong external & internal communication

- Good project management skill

Good team work, be able to develop others

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

-  Experienced in direct customer contact.

-  Educational background in chemical engineering or polymer science,

-  Good communicator, strong interpersonal skills, international experience a plus

-  Self motivated, based in Shanghai and willing to travel extensively

-  Fluent English a must; native Mandarin speaker

Required Experience:

Architecture coating

Analytical Chemist

Purpose

Responsible for analytical works of Emulsions department

Summary

- Products and samples analysis focus

- Responsible for analytical works from all emulsions department related fields , which include technical service team and R&D team

- Take responsible for Asia related new analytical methods/standards development with closely cooperation with global analytical team

- Take responsible for new analytical methods/standards development with cooperation with the third party or the government.

- Internal analytical instruments maintenance

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Instrumental and quantitative analysis experience

- Deep-understand chromatographic analysis and thermal analysis methods

- Deep-understand polymers and chemistry related

- Strong external & internal communication

- Good project management skill

- Good team work, be able to develop others

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

-  Experienced in instrumental analysis and quantitative analysis

-  Educational background in polymer science or chemistry

-  Good team-worker, communicator, international experience a plus

-  Self motivated, based in Shanghai and willing to travel extensively

-  Fluent English a must; native Mandarin speaker

是瓦克的，看张江应该啦。再说塞拉尼斯技服经理还在，没理由为VAE 乳液单独设职位吧！
PPG 的自己实验室建立不久，可挖的人也不多，Akzo， Nippon的英文大部分也过不了关。
不要太迷信大公司呀，原材料公司大多在国内大多做平行实验，也不一定对技术要求很高。主要还是沟通和客户管理能力。

建议楼主考虑从PPG和AKZO（ICI）找人过来，不过对于楼主这个招聘公司的话，吸引力不一定够。
不如楼主把待遇稍微透漏一下
