职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
-Qualitative and quantitative data gathering, data analysis and providing key insights to the business teams. Design, develop and manage new market intelligence database
-Set up dashboard and metric for the key projects from performance control perspective and provide key indicator reports on product performance and competitive assessments.
-Based on the data analysis, works with management to develop executable plans that support our account growth targets.
-Creating and maintaining good network within the industry (including customers, key players, industry associations, etc.) to obtain the required data and to validate the marketing analysis.
-Working with external consultants for special research projects as appropriate.
-Analyzes external data such as consumer needs, market growth potential and competition, as well as internal data from our customer and prospect databases to identify new niche opportunities.
-Assist in developing sales forecast for future products. Develop short term and long term forecasts for various product lines.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
-Strong analytical/excel/modeling and problem-solving skills
-Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
-More than 3 years of experience working in a marketing analytics position with emphasis on research and analysis, including making recommendations for business planning.
-Flexible, able to handle a variety of tasks and able to work effectively in a diverse work environment
-Good interpersonal skills; External/Internal; Up/Down; And with other team members
-Good communication skills verbal, presentations and written reports in Chinese and English
-Ability to think outside the box and capture, summarize, and analyze competitive marketplace data, submitting formal presentations to staff and senior management.
