职位描述：
Primary Function

Work under the direction of Technical Manager and /or senior chemists on specific laboratory programs aimed at R&D projects in synthesis group. Participate in the planning of projects and work with minimal supervision.

Major Job responsibilities

Assist in planning of projects and in determining subsequent work program and implementation. Conduct the agreed program with minimal supervision, taking ownership of , and responsibility for, the successful outcome of the projects assigned. Communicate the progress of projects to application and TS partners.

Prepare technical reports and memoranda as required. Present results at meetings as required. The standard expected at this level is that of high quality, unambiguous and suitable for general circulation.

Liaise with suppliers on purchase of testing equipment and raw materials
Maintain cleanliness and professinal look of laboratory
Proactive in all EHS policies
Direct the activities and management of technicians, temporary staff or industrial attachment students as assigned
Document all experimental work of self and staff according to company guidelines.

Requirements:
BS degree in a ralated science field, material science or chemistry.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on a cross-functional and cross cultural teams
Clear written and spoken skills in English and good spoken skill in Mandarin
Able to multi task and focus on several areas at one time
Independent, self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Efficient in IT and communication tools
