操作程序
This SOP should be used in conjunction with the manufacturers operating manual and the relevant SMT’s.

PREPARing

APPARATUS
准备设备:
Pressure density cup(calibrated for use at 23±2℃). Thermometer. Constant temperature cabinet maintained at 23±2℃. Lab. balance. Platte knife.

MATERIALS
准备材料:
A representative sample of the product for test. Solvent and appropriate cleaning materials.
待测油漆样品;清洗溶剂
1. Warm, or cool, he test sample to approximately 23℃ and place, with the pressure density cup, in the controlled-temperature cabinet until ready for testing.
将待测样品加热或冷却至23℃左右,连同压力比重计放置于恒温室等待试验。
1. Check that the cup it is perfectly clean and dry. Apply a small amount of grease to the piston and end seals to facilitate easy assembly of the cup. 检查确保比重杯完全清洗干净并干燥。在活塞和密封盖上涂上少量润滑剂。
2. Weight the dismantled cup to at least two decimal places-Record this as M1. 用天平称出空的比重杯重量记为M1。
3. Fit the plunger in the barrel with the crossbar engaged in the bayonet socket. Withdraw the plunger as far as possible by unscrewing anti-clockwise to the maximum extent. 把活塞装入带卡口的杯体中,之后按逆时针方向松开卡口底座螺丝将活塞经可能地拔出到最大体积。
4. Hold the cup vertically and pour in the test liquid until the cup is nearly full. Close the cup by fitting the pressure release cap, engage the stirrup assembly and screw down until it reaches the stop. 将比重杯竖放,倒入待测液体直到杯子将近满。通过压紧降压盖密封比重杯,挂上挂钩将降压盖旋至最底。
5. Compress the liquid by turning the pressure-application handle clockwise to its full extent. During this process, a small amount of paint is forced the cup and the pressure-release. 顺时针方向旋动压力扶手将活塞推至最底,通常在此过程中回有部分油漆被挤出。
6. Clean away all paint from the extent of the cup, dry and weigh. Record this as M2.清洗去挤出的油漆后擦干比重杯。称量并记下数字为M2。
7. Unscrew the pressure-setting handle and remove the pressure release cap. Pour the contents of the cup back into the test sample container and wash the complete density cup with the
appropriate solvent cleaner.
