职位描述/要求：
Location: Shanghai / Guangzhou上海/广州

Main Responsibilities:

· Development of solutions for customers on project base (profitable growth)
· Develop new business and new application with customers through material specification
· Tracking technical market trends of key industries & initiation of new projects
· Utilize technical facilities, securing cost efficient, effective and safe operation
· Utilizing the regional potential of Research & Development in line with the agreed projects
· Ensure technology exchange & communication with Innovation about industry trend, customer requirements
· Analysis of competitor product and application activities and derivation of consequences
· Implement and support the development activities in related area.

Qualifications & Experience:

· University graduate major in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related
· More than 3 years working experience in PU Application industry
· Experience in PUR automotive application is preferred
· Experience in PUR development is preferred
· Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
· Good interpersonal skill within internal organization and with customers.
· Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
· Willing to travel within China
