Most people would say they have vocabulary problem, however, think about that, is it necessary you have a large vocabulary before you speak English? The kids are willing to talk by only few words they learn. It doesn't matter, they can express what they thought, on the other hand people also understand the kids. That is enough for the communication.

"Web International English" is also a good learning channel, especially for middle lever. Just visit its website and resgister for its memebership, you'll then get English learning materials via email everyday. Try it!
