However, as we know, it is important to an employee to manage your boss which including to manage his/her expecation, to convince him to accept your proposal, to sale your ideas to him/her. Would you please share your experience to manage your boss?
One thing, I want to share with you here, to manage the boss, you need to stand on his/her view, so much so that you can have a win-win proposal or easy to convince him to buy your idea. But I have a bad experience that even I stand on his view, it seems a win-win situation, but he denied the proposal. Maybe there was something under the surface, which I should not know.
