(1). Assist in the set up and upkeep of the lab, lab-equipments, chemicals and related laboratory matters.
(2). Responsible for day-to-day operation of our analytical support and application lab for testing of raw materials,
intermediates and final products, incl. preparation of demo-panels as sales-tools.
(3). Prepare technical reports and translation of all technical info. from English to Chinese and vice-versa, as required.
(4). Keep an inventory and maintain proper stock/materials records used in the lab.
(5). Develop localized formulation based on local raw materials, manage laboratory work requests,
support customer lab-trials or line-trials and provide on-going technical support.
(6). Responsible to handle customers’ complaints, product-rejects, trouble shooting and follow up corrective
and preventive action.
(7). Develop, maintain and improve laboratory quality systems to assure our products are tested
in accordance to established specifications and are in compliance with various regulatory and ISO requirements.
(8). Able to handle chemicals and lab instruments/apparatus in a safe manner.
Ensure cleanliness, safety and security of lab-areas at all times.
B). REQUIREMENTS :-
(1). Minimum 3 years working experience in the paint/coatings/printing inks industry.
(2). Hands-on experience in surface coating and/or printing inks formulation and application testing, are ideal.
(3). Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
(4). Knowledge in ISO standards in chemical industry is an added advantage.
(5). Required language(s) : Chinese and English, spoken and written.
(6). Must be able to work independently and have interest in lab work.
(7). Must be a local residence or presently residing around Shanghai area.

Qualifications:
Education Background
- College or above
Working Experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experience , preferably in Coating/PrintingInk industry.
-Waterbased coating industry experience is an added.
